In addition to the display of trees, Warren Holiday TreeFest features a holiday gift shop, refreshments, and live entertainment on the WPAC stage by school choirs and other local groups throughout the event. Two special concerts will be presented at the WPAC during TreeFest: the Ball State University Singers perform on opening night, Fri., Nov. 16 at 7 p.m., and gospel singers Allison Spear & Doug Anderson entertain on TreeFest’s closing evening, Tues., Nov. 20, also at 7. Tickets range from $10 to $20 per person for each of the shows, and are available at the WPAC box office.
Two additional events complement the annual TreeFest exhibition: Breakfast with Santa & Friends, and the TreeFest Dinner & Auction, both on Saturday, November 17.
Themed “Christmas Jubilee,” TreeFest’s lavishly decorated trees are available for purchase, with sales benefiting initiatives of the Warren Arts & Education Foundation. Through grants awarded in spring and fall, the Foundation provides funding for a wide variety of programs and special educational opportunities throughout Warren Township Schools that are not covered by the traditional school budget.
The pre-lighted and permanently decorated trees are available in three sizes: 7-1/2 feet for $600, 6-1/2 feet for $450, and 4-1/2 feet for $250. Delivery to home or office, plus storage box, are included in the price, courtesy of Morse Moving & Storage, an Allied Van Lines agent.
The annual TreeFest “Breakfast with Santa & Friends” will be held on Sat., Nov. 17, 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the WPAC’s Studio Theatre.
