INDIANAPOLIS — Fantastic Food Fest is the largest food and beverage event in Indiana. Fantastic Food Fest is a culinary celebration featuring hundreds of food exhibitors, cooking demos, tastings, workshops, book signings and appearances by TV food personalities and other celebrities. Nearly 10,000 culinary enthusiasts will gather to explore the latest cooking trends and learn techniques and recipes from local and world-renowned chefs on Jan. 21 from 10 a.m.-7 p.m and Jan. 22 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m at the Champions Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Attendees can try, taste and buy their way around the Marketplace Show Floor and Grand Tasting Pavilion, see exciting Cooking Demonstrations, participate in Cooking Classes, and much more.
Fantastic Food Fest will present over 200 fine food and beverage exhibitors and over 30 live demonstrations across multiple stages in just 2 days. There are two demonstration stages featuring local chefs such as Steven Oakley, plus celebrity chefs like the “Butcher Babe.” Also, classes in soup making, kid’s cooking, chocolate making, basic knife skills, and much more will be going on during the festival (cost $25 each).
Online one day general admission tickets are $15 each, or the whole weekend for $25. A VIP ticket, which includes classes, is $55 for the two days — order tickets by visiting www.fantasticfoodfest.com. Tickets at the door are $20 per day or $30 for the two day pass, and $60 for VIP tickets (subject to availability).
The Indiana State Fairgrounds are located at 1202 E. 38th St. and the Food Fest will be at the Champions Pavilion.
