This year, the theme is “Tall, Dark & Awesome,” with an emphasis on vertical spaces in outdoor living designs. Check out the landscape lighting, which brings to life gardens after the sun goes down. New this year is “In the Dark,” with Showcase Gardens illuminated exclusively by landscape lighting and fire features.
The Plant Market allows show-goers to take home a preview of spring at low prices. There will also be Floral Design Workshops, ranging in price from $10-$40. Hands-on workshops in succulent gardening, herb container, fairy and miniature gardening, and much more will be available for a fee.
Indiana’s Own in the Expo Hall will feature small Indiana businesses with products and services unique to Hoosiers. Visit the Kids’ Play Zone to let kids test backyard play sets, basketball goals, trampolines, and more before you buy.
On March 30 from 5:00-6:30 p.m., the Blow Out Sale will take place, when nearly everything in the Showcase Gardens is up for grabs. Come prepared to buy plants, mulch, hardscapes, and more at very low prices. Be prepared to take your items home, because all items must be removed from the area by 6:30 p.m.
