INDIANAPOLIS — Citizens Energy Group has started a water main replacement project in the Martindale-Brightwood neighborhood. This work is part of ongoing efforts to improve water infrastructure and replace customer-owned lead service lines.
It will be a 6-month project, broken into three phases (about 2 months each)
• First Phase: Water main replacements along 25th St. (N. Sherman Dr. to N. Keystone Ave.)
• Additional work on N Gale St., Stuart St., and N Rural St.
• Replacement of customer-owned lead service lines at affected properties
Local access to homes and businesses will be maintained, but parking lanes and spots may be impacted. Drivers should follow posted signage and plan for possible delays.
