INDIANAPOLIS — Franciscan Health is hosting a free back to school immunization clinic in August on the south side of Indianapolis.
The clinic is scheduled for Monday, August 11 at the Burmese American Community Institute, located at 5212 Bluff Road in Indianapolis, from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The immunization clinic is open to anyone. Attendees need to bring an insurance card (private or Medicaid) and photo ID. For uninsured individuals, this will be documented on the consent forms.
Appointments are not necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
