INDIANAPOLIS — Brandon Taylor was recently named Interim Executive Director of LISC Indianapolis while the organization begins the search for a permanent Executive Director.
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Together with residents and partners, we help forge resilient and inclusive communities of opportunity across America. By mobilizing corporate, government, and philanthropic support, LISC provides financing, technical advice, management and program consulting, training, and policy support to neighborhoods. We work to restore housing, stimulate economic development, champion education, create avenues out of poverty, and support healthy environments and lifestyles. Our efforts are based on the proven principle that sustainable revitalization works best when it is driven by community residents and stakeholders, not imposed from the outside.
Brandon joined LISC Indianapolis in 2022 as a Program Officer for Family Income and Wealth Building, where he led the management and expansion of the Bridges to Career Opportunities program. In 2023, he was promoted to Senior Program Officer, and in 2024, he became Deputy Director. Prior to his time in Indianapolis, Brandon served as Assistant Program Officer at LISC Philadelphia and Program Manager at The Trust for Public Land, where he managed the design and construction of parks and playgrounds in Philadelphia.
