INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Repertory Theatre will open its season with The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee running Sept. 13-Oct. 13 at 140 W. Washington St. Tickets are $25-$118 and available online at irtlive.com.
The show features a motley crew of young speelers who yearn to be the next county spelling bee champion. With clever songs and quirky characters, this captivating comedy is a celebration of the thrill of victory, the irony of defeat, and the gift of being true to yourself.
The cast includes IRT veterans Ryan Artzberger, Devan Mathias, Dominique Allen Lawson and several new debut talents. Patdro Harris is the director and choreographer.
