INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has closed Market Street under the interstate as part of the ongoing North Split project. The street was closed Nov. 15 and is sept to reopen Nov. 24, weather permitting. The street will briefly reopen for Thanksgiving weekend and close again from Nov. 29 to Dec. 17. The detour for vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians follows Washington St.
The current Ohio St. closure has been extended and is now scheduled to reopen on or after Dec. 3. The closure on Lewis St. has also been extended and is expected to reopen on or after Nov. 19.
