INDIANAPOLIS — Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) have announced a partnership with the Indianapolis Music Cooperative to create a collaborative music space for Indianapolis residents.
Indy Music Co-op must raise $50,000 by Nov. 3, 2021 in order to receive a matching grant from IHCDA. This partnership is through IHCDA’s CreatINg Places program. To donate, visit patronicity.com/creatingplaces
Funds from this campaign will help create the Indianapolis Music Cooperative at the Circle City Industrial Complex, 6,000 square feet of 24/7 coworking space to rehearse, record and produce music. The Circle City Industrial Complex is located on Brookside Ave. on the east side.
Eligible projects must have a minimum total development cost of $10,000, where the recipient will receive $5,000 in IHCDA matching funds should it successfully raise $5,000 through Patronicity. IHCDA will provide matching grant funds up to $50,000 per project.
