INDIANAPOLIS — Residents may participate in a free Community Emergency Response Training program that will take place in Lawrence. This three day course teaches the basics of emergency response skills, including fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
The course will be held Friday, Feb. 26 from 6-10 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 27 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The course will be held at Camp Belzer, 6102 Boy Scout Rd. in Lawrence.
