INDIANAPOLIS — Ambrose Property Group purchased the former Navistar plant on Brookville Rd. near Ritter, in August. The company paid over $8 million for the 90-acre industrial site that has been vacant for five years.
On October 8, Ambrose officials revealed the first site plans for the property, which will be named the Central Logistics Park. The Class A buildings planned for property will house a hub for manufacturing and logistics businesses.Construction is slated to begin in spring 2021.
Ambrose will be subdividing the site into four parcels, and invest $75 million in redevelopment costs.
