• Exciting news from our friend and columnist Al Hunter, who leads the wildly popular Irvington Ghost Tours in October. After much discussion with the Irvington Halloween Festival organizers, they have decided to go ahead with the Ghost Tours with COVID-19 restrictions. There will be restrictions on how many people go on each tour. You will have to purchase tickets in advance at Magic Candle, 203 S. Audubon, beginning in mid-September. Face masks MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES during the tour, and guests must maintain social distancing. Tours will be held at 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays throughout October. Tours are expected to sell out fast, so get your tickets ASAP. FYI, Al volunteers to lead these tours and donates all proceeds to Irvington causes. We at the Weekly View thank him and Rhonda for all their support over the years.
