INDIANAPOLIS — Hear dramatic readings of historic and infamous moments in Irvington history on Saturday, Oct. 20 at 2 p.m. at the Irving Theatre, 5500 E. Washington St. Admission is free but a $5 donation is suggested. Proceeds go to support the free press of Irvington.
Special guests Nicole Misencik, Brandon Kline, Julie Patterson, Ed Wenck, and Dave Wilson will read from actual historic documents that shaped the east side community. Special guest Sgt. Jo Moore (Ret.) will recount the story of Detective David S. Richards, a local police officer who helped track down serial killer H. H. Holmes. The stories are all true, and scarier than fiction.
A big thanks to our own Alan Hunter, Rhonda, and the team who has organized this event.
