IRVINGTON — Irvington Community Schools, Inc. (ICS) is partnering with longtime, local Irvington business, Irvington Dairy Queen, hosting a series of schoolwide fundraising nights to benefit the school’s Music and Band programs. Starting Tues., Nov. 7, 5:00-8:30 p.m., and on every first and third Tuesday through May 15, 2018, 20 percent of all sales will be donated to Irvington Community Schools. This new community partnership allows ICS and its families to support an Irvington-based local business who employs many of the school’s high school youth during the school year and summer months. Irvington Dairy Queen is located at 6245 E. Washington Street, Irvington Plaza. Qualifying purchases are applicable on drive-through or in-restaurant purchases.
There will be a kick-off of the program on Tues., Nov. 7, from 5:00-8:30 p.m.
