INDIANAPOLIS — Footlite Musicals will present Jekyll & Hyde, a Young Adult Production, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until July 24.
Indianapolis’ oldest continuing community theatre presents its productions at its home theater, the Hedback Community Theater, 1847 N. Alabama St. Curtain time for its Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances is 7:30 p.m. Sunday matinees have a 2:30 p.m. curtain.
The epic struggle between good and evil comes to life on stage in Jekyll & Hyde. Based on the classic story by Robert Louis Stevenson, the musical has mesmerized audiences the world over. Dr. Henry Jekyll is on the brink of discovering the key to man’s inner reality. One evening he experiments on himself and finds his formula works. Unfortunately, his “real” self turns out to be the monster Edward Hyde.
Admission prices for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances are $23 for adults and $15 for youth 17 and younger. The Thursday and first Sunday performances are $10 for all seats.
