INDIANAPOLIS — Pepper Construction, in conjunction with Community Hospital East will host an informational event regarding opportunities for experienced, licensed, Eastside Indianapolis commercial subcontractors in relation to the Community East Campus Redevelopment project. A brief presentation will provide attendees with important information about the construction plan and schedule for completion, including project milestones related to bid opportunities.
The event will be held May 24 from 4-5 p.m. at the John H. Boner Community Center, 2236 E. 10th.
Pepper Construction, the construction manager for the project, will be soliciting trades for the project including mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical, painting, flooring, hard tile, insulation, low voltage, and acoustical ceiling.
All subcontractors wishing to be considered for the project will be required to complete a pre-qualification form. Forms will be available at the event. Interested Eastside subcontractors that are unable to attend the CHE Construction Connection may obtain a form by contacting Chrissie McInturff at cmcinturff@pepperconstruction.com.
