IRVINGTON — The Irvington Farmer’s Market will be held Oct. 13 from noon – 3 p.m. at Ellenberger Park, 5301 St. Clair. Dozens of vendors will be offering fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, honey, and maple syrup. Coffee and tea products will be available as well as meats and cheeses. Crafts, Indiana native wildflowers and refreshments can also be purchased.
The market, now in its 14th year, is sponsored by the Irvington Garden Club. Proceeds from the markets are spent on the club’s beautification efforts including urns and planters at Audubon and Washington, the Webster Avenue Pocket Park, the Bona Thompson Center, and the Benton House Historic and Kile Oak Habitat gardens.
